Delivery Policy

DELIVERY

Sg(local) deliveries will be fulfilled in 7-10 working days excluding weekends. For pre-order items the lead time will be communicated during the livestream or informed through our customer service team. 
Overseas deliveries will be fulfilled in 4-5 working weeks excluding weekends. For pre-order items the lead time will be communicated during the livestream or informed through our customer service team. 

If Livecommerce Entertainment is unable to fulfil the order due to unforeseen circumstances, resolution will be provided in the following order

●      we will notify you on the new delivery date

●      exchange the item to something of the similar value

●      provide a full refund

For any delivery of products by our partner merchants you can contact them directly. Delivery lead times varies for our partner merchants and it will be mentioned during the livestream.
